Terms and Conditions for Maze Master: Escape the Maze

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Maze Master: Escape the Maze mobile game (the "Game") operated by Hareb Al Bastaki ("us," "we," or "our").
Your access to and use of the Game is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all players and others who access or use the Game.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Game.
1. License to Use the Game
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device that you own or control.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to do any of the following:
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Game.
Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Game.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related systems or networks.
3. In-App Purchases
The Game is free to play but may include optional virtual items that can be purchased with real money ("In-App Purchases"). These purchases are processed through the third-party app store from which you downloaded the Game (i.e., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). All billing and transaction processes are handled by the respective app store provider and are governed by their terms and conditions. We do not have access to or store your payment information.
All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the app store provider.
4. Advertising
Our Game is supported by advertising. You agree that we, through our third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob), may display advertisements within the Game. We are not responsible for the content of these third-party advertisements or any websites or resources they may link to.
5. Third-Party Services
The Game may integrate with third-party services, such as Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services, for features like leaderboards and achievements. Your use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to all graphics, user interface, audio, video, code, and other content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted no ownership rights in the Game itself.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license to access the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Game from your device.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL HAREB AL BASTAKI, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE GAME.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through the Game or other means. By continuing to access or use our Game after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
